The Village Entrepreneurship Survey was conducted on 29th January 2026 at Thiltlang Village by the UBA Cell, Government Hnahthial College, under the Rural Entrepreneurship Development component of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) programme. The survey was carried out through personal interviews using a well-structured questionnaire prepared by the UBA Cell of the college.

The programme was led by three faculty members: Dr Lalzarzovi (Coordinator, UBA Cell), Dr Lalrinpuia Vangchhia (Expert Faculty), and Mr Eric Zonunmawia (Member, UBA Cell). In addition, four students—Malsawmtluanga, Zodinpui, J. Remruatpuii, and Lalruatfela of IV Semester—actively participated in conducting the survey and related activities.

Besides the survey, interactive discussions were held with Village Council members, NGOs, and village youth, focusing on existing entrepreneurial activities and future development prospects. A detailed plan of action was discussed, and it was unanimously agreed to organise a one-day seminar on Liandala, the renowned Mizo entrepreneur, at the earliest possible date.
