The Governance, Leadership and Management Cell successfully organized a One Day Collaborative Sharing Workshop on 3rd October 2025 at the College Seminar Hall. The event was chaired by Ms. Lalawmpuii Sailo, Secretary of the Governance, Leadership and Management Cell, who opened the session with a brief address highlighting the key aspects and significance of faculty development programmes. The primary objective of the workshop was to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices among staff members. A total of 26 participants, comprising both teaching and non-teaching staff, took part in the event.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in lively and insightful discussions, reflecting a strong collective commitment to enhancing collaboration and communication across the institution. The workshop provided a structured platform for collaborative sharing, problem-solving, and the exploration of new ideas.
