On 25^th January, 2024, Eco Club of Govt. Hnahthial College observed 'World Wetland Day, 2024' in collaboration with Mizoram Pollution Control Board. To observe the day, Eco club of the College organized essay writing competition to the students of Govt. S. Vanlaiphai Higher Secondary School on the topic of 'Wetland in Mizoram and the Need to Conserve Them'. All the students of the school participated in the competition. The prize distribution and lecture was done by Dr. K. Lalzuimawia, faculty in charge of Eco Club, Govt. Hnahthial College.
