In observance of World Water Day, 2024, Field work has been conducted by Eco Club, Govt. Hnahthial College in Collaboration with Department of Geography, Govt. Hnahthial College during 19^th to 22^nd March, 2024. The field work was funded by Mizoram Pollution Control Board, Govt. of Mizoram. In the field work, water quality tests have been done by students under the guidance of Dr. Lalrinpuia Vangchhia, Asst. Professor, Department of Geography, Govt. Hnahthial College and Dr. K. Lalzuimawia, Asst Professor, Department of History and Faculty In charge in Eco Club of the College. Springs water in the villages such as Tarpho, Khawhri, Thingsai, Bualpui H have been tested which covers 12 Springs water points which is using by the locality. The water quality of the sources in Cherhlun and Thingsai have been tested. WT023 Octo Aqua Tests Kit was used to test water sample. The 8 parameters to measured water quality have been done by the students. Collection of water sample have been started in 19^th March, 2024 and complete all the task in 22^nd March, 2024 i.e., the date of World Water Day.
