World Environment Day 2023 has been observed by Govt. Hnahthial College at its adopted village Darzo on 5th June 2023.

The programme has been jointly organized by IQAC, Eco Club & Young Mizo Association (YMA), Darzo Vengthar Branch under the guidance of Dr. K. Lalzuimawia, Green Teacher i/c Eco Club, Govt. Hnahthial College.

Mission LiFE pledge has been taken by twenty members of YMA, which is followed by the distribution of seedlings ( five seedlings of Cherry blossom & one seedling of Cassia Javanica) for plantation at YMA Park.

 The  activity is expected to mobilize the community towards  conserving our precious natural resources and living in harmony with nature through the implementation of Mission LiFE 2023.
