The Graduation Dinner Programme for the Class of 2026 was successfully held on 24th April, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Auditorium of Govt. Hnahthial College. The event was organized to celebrate the achievements of the graduating students and to provide a memorable farewell.

The programme was gracefully compered by Dr. Hmingsangzuala, Assistant Professor, and Miss Sarah Sanglianthangi, Assistant Professor, who guided the event smoothly from beginning to end. The programme commenced with a devotion led by Mrs. CL Lalchhingpuii, College Librarian, invoking blessings for the gathering. This was followed by a short speech Mrs. Lalremsiami, Principal In-charge, who congratulated the graduating students and encouraged them to pursue their future endeavors with determination and integrity.

The event featured a variety of engaging segments, including special performances by Linda T. Zothanmawii (II Semester) and C. Lalhruaitluangi (II Semester), which added vibrancy and entertainment to the occasion. A heartfelt valedictory speech was delivered by H. Lalchhanhima (VI Semester), expressing gratitude and sharing memorable experiences from college life. Further, short speeches were delivered by faculty members Mr. Vanlalrova Varte, Dr. Lalrinpuia Vangchhia, and Dr. K. Lalzuimawia, along with M. Lalthamuanpuia, a VI Semester student. Their speeches reflected on the academic journey and offered words of encouragement to the graduating students. The programme also included a felicitation segment, which acknowledged the contributions of both students and faculty members.

A slide show presentation highlighted cherished memories, followed by the vote of thanks delivered by the comperes, expressing appreciation to all contributors and participants. The programme concluded with a closing prayer (The Lord’s Prayer). The event ended with a photo session conducted by Mr. Vanlalrova Varte, Assistant Professor, capturing the memorable moments of the day. The Graduation Dinner was conducted in the College Exam Hall.
