Govt. Hnahthial College gave a charity to the Fired victim's family and injured persons a mounting rupees 25,000 on 7^th February 2025. The fund was received from a donation given by an attendant of the Literary Festival Concert, a contribution of J Lalrosanga (guest artist) and ticket money from Literary Festival Concerts. Lalsiamthang, principal of the college handed over the total amount to Mrs. Siamveli, Mrs Denghnuni and Malsawmzuala, Hnahthial. Mrs Catherine Lalrodingi, Asst. professor, Department of English, Sir Vanlalrova Varte, Miss Lalzarzovi Asst. Professor, Department of Mizo and leaders of the College Literature Club Assist the Principal.
